The Sales Department is the engine that drives growth at Wazzo Consulting Business across the globe. We focus on showcasing the value of Wazzo Consulting Business to target customers, to ensure our products are the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or business sector. The Sales department is constantly innovating and refining its approach to finding new customers and segments. Each area of the team works like Special Forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, are passionate about Wazzo Consulting, and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
Job Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Qualifying prospective customers from a defined
territory/vertical
- Engaging prospective customers about Wazzo Consulting
Business
- Using solution based selling to understand customer needs,
and communicating the value proposition
- Working with Sales Managers to move customers through the
funnel and activate them
- Becoming a product expert on Wazzo Consulting Business, its market positioning, and solutions it offers, backed up by relevant, compelling case studies

ABOUT
THE ROLE
The
Sales Representative team is the engine of Sales. Sales Representatives
identify opportunities, conduct outreach and drive deals through the funnel,
owning closing and end-to-end activation. The team is focused on solution based
sales, uncovering complexities and unnecessary costs in our clients' business
financial processes which are addressed through Wazzo Consulting Business'
market leading offering.
Key
product offerings include WazzoCRM, WazzoERP, WazzoBooks, WazzoProject that
covers payments, innovative company expenses and payroll, augmented by constant
product innovation and new releases. KPIs for the role are focused on new
revenue generation each quarter, with a market leading discretionary commission
structure based on individual performance. We are looking for competitive, high
energy, motivated individuals, who enjoy a challenge whilst acting with

Educational Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- B.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering from any Reputed
University.
- Skills Required: Previous sale experience, highly motivated,
driven and competitive
- Experience Requirements:
- At least 6 month(s) sales experience
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 45 years
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Self-starter who is able to take the initiative with minimal
supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills - technical and non-technical
- C#, ASP.Net MVC/Web Api development knowledge will be a plus
point.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Speak Krio and Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the
phone
- Keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing
sales culture
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
(6+ months)
- Degree in technology / business related subject would be
beneficial but not essential
